Can’t log in (login always asks for verification, password change “failed”)

Hi, dear Simplenote team!
Can you have a look please at the simplenote account that is using the same email address as this account?
It’s an old user (I have a new one, too). I wanted to archive the old, but for this I need to access it. I’m stuck in a cycle.
- login always asks for verification
- password change says: “Password change failed.”
Please help me fix it! 🙏

(And while we are on it: When will there be a cheap subscription, so that I can cover the costs that my usage causes? Still wondering… I filled out the survey a while ago.)

Hi. Could you please mention whether you’re using the Simplenote app or the web app, and on what device or computer. I can export all my notes from the web app, app.simplenote.com. It’s in the Settings menu, under Tools.
