Cannot login after changing email address

Hello!
I’m unable to login after switching my email address. I get the code in my email, but entering it in doesn’t log me in. Using my password logs me in then logs me out, even in an incognito window.
I also notice that there are tons of threads on this topic all with resolution over email. Would it be possible to post several of the most common ways that this has gotten resolved?

Hi. I believe it requires actual intervention by the hosts. It is not user-fixable. That’s why the services are all “private”.

Ya, I was hoping there would be one or two things to try, but maybe accounts are just split up into 10 separate databases which aren’t all getting updated, and this bug is low priority :( If that’s the case, can someone on the Simplenote squad please shoot me an email to get this worked out?

If you’re using the Simplenote web app on desktop, you could switch to the native Simplenote app on the computer. That might work.
