can not login on windows and can not find note on web

i can not login to my simplenote account on my windows pc when i try to login to my simplenote account it sayes could not login with provided email address and password and wheni login my simplenote account on web i can not find my previous saved notes my simplenote account Looks empty. no notes available on my simplenote account

no i did not change my email or password from last 2 years after creating account on simplenote

Are you sure you’re using the correct email?
Are you having trouble with captchas?
Do you have an ad blocker or firewall that might make it difficult to login? Can you try turning it off?

Hello, I’ve been having the exact same problem, the Web app stopped syncing but my Android app works fine, I download the Windows app (which I had never used) to test and I couldn’t even login, I assume it’s because the Windows app uses email + password as opposed to a login link like the Web and Android apps use.
I logged out the Web app, logged back in and now I have no notes, I assume it’s because the cache or local storage was cleared, I still have my phones on my Android app.
I’m not using and VPN or proxy or anything like that, this just happened on its own out of the blue.
The problem I can see in my web developer console is: “Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://api.simperium.com/sock/1/chalk-bump-f49/websocket.”
There seems to be a problem with the host “simperium.com”.
Hope this helps as I really don’t want to look for an alternative notes app, but I’m really struggling at work right now.

Ugh, a few typos in my previous message, my bad:
“I still have my phones on my Android app.” should read instead “I still have my notes on my Android app.”
“I’m not using and VPN or proxy or anything like that, this just happened on its own out of the blue.” just to clarify there’s also no firewall.“There seems to be a problem with the host “simperium.com”. I’ve gone through a few forum posts, someone shared some API URLs the app use, all the “simplenote.com”-based ones worked for me, but not the “simperium.com”-based ones.

Okay I apologise for the spam, but I did some further testing.
I logged out of my Android app and logged back in, now I have no notes in there either.
But just out of curiosity I turned WiFi off and the app suddenly synced and got all my notes back.
The router might be blocking the mentioned host.
Is there something that could be done without tampering with the router? It’s not mine.

My problem is solved. after re-installing windows and I downloaded the letest version of simplenote for windows from github

server with problem? My SimpleNote is not connecting on my cell phone, nor when logging into the website??

Maybe its not a bug its was a Fault of my sysetem’s OS thats why alter reinstalling windows solved the problem
