can not log in to simplenote web app after changing account email

i have changed my email. and now i can log in to my desktop simple note app and not to web app.“Could not sign in with the provided email address and password.”
Reset password also i can not because the link from forgot page does not come
if i paste in log in window my old email it says :
Account verification required. You must verify your email before logging in to your account
it seems my new email does not work in web app although i get confirmation email from simplenote team that my account email has changed successfully
please resolve this issue
