[BUG] Cannot type the letter ‘n’ on desktop whilist using support chat

Title explains it pretty much. If you are on the help page on the desktop, typing the letter ‘n’ changes focus and opens the notification menu, the letter n consequently cannot be typed onto the support chat.

Hi! Please note that Simplenote does not have chat support. Support is handled in the support forums here.
Perhaps you are referring to a different app? Can you share a screenshot so we can see what you’re referring to?

I believe they’re referring to the “Help?” icon in the lower right of the FAQ page linked from Get Help in the About screen in the Simplenote app. That “Help?” icon runs some sort of chatbot.

Hmm… that’s strange. When I type the type the letter ‘n’ in the Simplenote AI Assistant, nothing happens. I am able to continue typing my message.
@totaftw Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you try using a different browser to see what happens? If that doesn’t help, try disabling all your browser extensions.
