all notes since June 2022 have dissapeared

  Hi!

  Recently, my simplenote app (in my smartphone) spontaneously logged out. when I logged back into my account, I saw that all my notes for about the year had dissapeared. (i checked the trash and web app, there is nothing there).

  Did you changed your account password recently? Whenever the app detected a password change in the app, it will log you out.

  If you didn’t change your account password, did something happen to the app or your device recently?

  I saw that all my notes for about the year had dissapeared. (i checked the trash and web app, there is nothing there).

  I understand you checked the web app and the trash. Have you tried checking the note revision? And how many notes were missing?

  I didn’t change the password. (But I had to recover the password after the app spontaneously logged out, because I forgot my password).

  I haven’t noticed any crashes in the app and my phone lately.

  
  I can view the revision history of the remaining notes (they saved correctly), but I need the missing notes. there were quite a few of them, I use simplenote every day, or a little less.
