All notes disappeared after logout & login

After I encountered a sync issue, I logged out & in (at all devices).
Now I see nothing. It seems my clients got a severe connection issue to Simplenote servers (no issues with my internet connectivity)

Hi. This is likely because you cannot access the server at simperium.com. Try entering simperium.com in a browser; you should see a welcome page.
You could try accessing a different network, to see if it works better.
Please identify your country and internet provider, so we can try to figure out where/why this is happening.

Just installed KDE Neon Plasma 6 and there is no more data online.
Have never experienced this in the years using your service.
Fortunately, have Simplenote Android app., and data is still available there.

The pproblem was bad access ti simperium.com. After using a VPN I managed to access it again

I have the same problem. Sync is spinning on Simplenote program Windows 10. My internet is fine (or I couldn’t be posting here). Logging into https://app.simplenote.com/ it shows no server connection and none of my notes are there.

Something is definitely awry.
Can’t log in with Windows app., nor change account password.

I am having the same issue. Notes on iPhone, macbook, and ipad are all different. And after logging out on macbook and relogin my notes are all gone!
please fix asap

For everyone who still has an issue with sync, please try to access simperium.com at a web browser as suggested by @johnswift37 here and let us know the result.

After years of impeccable service… with so many notes at stake…
Sadly, had to move on to another service.
