All note missing

  It was fine yesterday. But today when I login I don’t see any notes. I’ve tried accessing Simplenote through both a web browser and with the app for Windows 10. Over the past several months I’ve seen this problem a couple of other times.

  First, could you please try logging in to Simplenote using different email addresses and try logging in with WordPress.com? This will confirm if you possibly created multiple accounts.

  If your notes are still missing, please reply with the following details so we can assist you further:

  • The specific devices and browsers you’ve used.
  • The Simplenote versions on each.
  • Any recent changes you’ve made to your account, devices, or software.
