All my notes have vanished!

Hi,
I’m facing an issue with SimpleNote – all my notes have vanished! It’s causing me some serious stress because I rely on these notes for work and personal organization.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Please share your advice!

Hi Joynal! Checking the email with your username @joynaluu5ed07e2eea I see what you mean. While our records indicate you have 200+ notes saved to our servers they aren’t showing in the app itself. I’ve reached out to our team to investigate so we can help get them working once more. I have exactly the same problem – the app on Windows (Windows 10, Chrome) stopped synchronising, I logged out and when I log back in all of my notes have vanished.
I can access my notes in Android for now, but this has me worried. -

Hi, the web app in the browser, but the Windows app has the same problem. If I click the menu bottom in the top left, at the bottom it shows a crossed out signal symbol; hovering over this gives a pop up which says “Simplenote hasn’t communicated with the server in a while”. My internet connection seems fine though.
