All my notes have disappeared
-
After logging out on my mobile device, all my notes disappeared completely. Since then, I haven’t been able to log in through the mobile app, and now I can only access my account via the web. However, the notes I previously saved are gone, and they include important information.
After logging into the web app, I discovered that all my notes are missing. Until this happened, my notes were fully synced across the web, desktop app, and mobile devices, allowing me to access the same content everywhere. However, the notes are not in the Trash section either.

Do you have any devices where you’re logged in and the missing content is still available? Or are you unable to find the missing content across all of your devices and the web app?
If you’re not seeing the notes in the trash, we recommend also checking revisions in whichever app you use the most, as well as the web app at https://app.simplenote.com. You’ll want to sort the notes by the last modified date from the app settings before you start checking.
It’s worth restoring notes from the Trash so you can view their history. Pay particular attention to any blank notes you can see or titles you don’t recognize.
To search the history, open a note and click the clock icon at the top, then move the slider.
Also, use the search field to check for content that may have been in the note. We don’t recommend just searching for the title, as we’ve seen people have trouble finding notes when accidentally deleting or changing the title text.

Hi. You may just be having trouble accessing the server. Try connecting to simperium.com in a browser. If you cannot reach simperium.com, the web app will not be able to access your notes. You could try other methods of accessing the internet: mobile vs wifi, VPN to another country, etc. Otherwise, you’ll just need to wait for the internet to restore a path.
