All My Notes Are Missing After Browser Update

I was using Simplenote through the Brave browser when I was prompted to update the browser. After completing the update, I was asked to log in to Simplenote again. However, after logging in, I found that all my previous notes were missing, and the interface treated it as if this was a brand new account — prompting me to create my first note.
To cross-check, I also tried logging in from a different browser (Google Chrome), but the result was the same — all my notes are gone.
This is very concerning, as I had important notes stored on the platform.
Please help me recover my account data. I am using the same email I always have to log in. If there is any additional information you need to locate my account or restore my notes, I will be happy to provide it.

I think there is some issue with IP, bcz from one Wifi I am able to visit http://simperium.com/ while from other I am not.
Wifi from which I am to visit http://simperium.com/, I can see my old notes. Problem is this is not my primary Wifi.
What should I do? -
No much you can do to fix this. It seems to happen from time to time. You could try checking the route to simperium.com, to see where your packets are being dropped. Compare the bad wifi with the good one.

It seems this is a recurring problem for a number of users – right now, I can’t access simperium.com from my home internet connection (and hence can’t sync notes) but I can from my phone. I really don’t know why this would occur, but it does seem to affect quite a few people.

@vaibhav444g and @dominickini Can you let us know which country you’re trying to access simperium.com from? We can check if there are any blocks. Please also share the following:
- How long has this been going on for you, and how consistently?
- Does the issue persist on mobile, at home, or in the office?

Hi, I’m based in the UK. The problem accessing simperium.com has been intermittent and I see I first posted about it in August 2023, but it has reoccurred, and I currently can’t access it from my home broadband. I can access it from my mobile phone using my cellular connection (so a different network). I haven’t tried from work, but my work firewall blocks access to cloud services. But from home I can access other cloud services.

@dominickini thanks for the clarification! As mentioned on the other thread, we are doing an investigation into the issue you have reported.
For some reason, it seems like some networks are not allowing access to our servers.

Update: It looks like the issue was related to network. My notes are showing up correctly across browsers. Thanks everyone for the help and insights!
