A better inline code formatting

  The inline code formatting is very hard to visually differentiate from the rest of the text, it would be nice if it were a different color ou, at least with a different background like in Evernote.

  Is the source code open? For such an easy modification I could submit a pull request myself for it. Please let me know and thank you for the app been available for free!
