2 iPads

I have 2 ipads and 1 iphone. When I add a note into my iPad Pro some notes do not appear on my other iPad Mini5, However the note appears on my iPhone 12 Mini… All the notes I create on my iPad Mini5 appear on my iPad Pro and my iphone 12 Mini… Both are running iOS/iPad OS 16.3.1 all devices are on the same WiFi network and no blocks. This is an odd problem, so I cannot add notes reliably and view them on my iPad Mini5 so all notes must be created on my iPad Mini5 since this is the iPad I use 80% of the time anyway. If I check the web or my iPhone 12 mini it also sees all the notes created on either iPad Hopefully you can help. Thank you.

Ok something interesting to add here. If I edit a note created on say the iPad Pro from my iPhone all the notes then show up on the iPad Mini5… And the same is true if I update a note using my iPhone from the iPad Mini5 all the notes will then show on the iPad Pro. Completing the sync across all 3 devices…
For to mention as well that this is running the latest iOS/iPadOS version of SimpleNote 4.48.

Hi @maxsrs1 👋
Please follow the steps below to re-establish the connection to Simplenote on your devices:
- Log in to https://app.simplenote.com and make sure all of your notes are up-to-date
- Log out and log back in the to Simplenote app on all your devices
When you log in again, all of the notes that are stored on the Simplenote service will be re-synced and that should resolve any syncing issues going forward.
Let us know how that goes. Thank you!

I had a similar experience when I got a new iPad. I had set it up by restoring a backup from the older device, and it seemed like notes took days to propagate from one device to another. The solution was to delete Simplenote and its data from the new device, then re-install. No data is lost because it’s all in the cloud. It seemed as if restoring the backup made the new device a clone of the original, and Simplenote couldn’t tell them apart. The new installation made the new device unique, and changes propagated swiftly between devices.
